Ano po ba ibig sabihin ng regular na regla, every month may regla o every month may regla pero iisa ang date na dinadatnan example po. Nagkaron ako ng january 4 magkakaron naman ako next month ng feb 4 ano po ba dyan ang sinasabi nq regular na regla?

menstrual cycle every is 28days month to month your period still considered regular if they come 24 to 38 days. Irregular means if your periods keeps changing or come earlier or later..
