Okay po Mommy ang unmedicated. Pero nasa sayo naman po yan Mommy. Your baby, your body, your say. Kung kakayanin niyo po yung sakit go for unmedicated kasi mas feel niyo po kung kailan iire. Pero if hindi po pwede naman po kayo mag painless. You will have your birthing attendants to assist you all the way. You just need to trust yourself, your baby and your body. :)
