Almuranas Problem ?
Ano kaya mabisang gamot almuranas mga mamsh? Sabi nila normal lang sa buntis magkaroon non. Kaso super sakit at hapdi na nya mga sis ?♀️

Hi po. Try nio po umupo sa hot water (ung kaya niong init) pra malanta sila at lumiit. Then more water intake and green veggies pra hndi mahirapan magpoop. Before may ointment akong binili for almuranas pero need ng reseta un and around 1k siya.
