Try prune juice mommy or yakult light po. Kain din po kayo ng rich in fiber na pagkain. Ripe papaya, oatmeal, veggies po. Sakin yung pang poop ko is energen. Effective naman πŸ˜… Inom din kayo mommy madaming water.
