Hmm nope. Kahit gano kalaki sahod mo, 20K lang MSC ang max na ibibigay ni SSS. Get the daily salary credit then multiply it to 105 days (or 120 kung solo parent ka). Ang salary differential, si company ang magpoprovide. Hindi si SSS. Discretion pa din ni company yan at the end of the day. :)

Correct yung mga naunang comments. No need for salary differential since na cover na ni SSS yung suswelduhin mo for 105 days.

Sa company namin hiwalay kasi SSS benefits and maternity leave ng company so super swerte ko na almost 80k makukuha sa sss tas 3 mos leave with pay hehehehehe

How about dun sa mga regular sa agency?

Contractual po kasi diba pag agency. Pag dika po direct dika babayadan ng agency sa salary differential. Sss lang po ang makukuha mo.
