It depends on pregnancy. No one will have an exact answer to that however most will say it’ll lessen as the time goes by. I’m still feeling it when I’m at my 2nd Trimester. Just have small portions time to time. You have to have trial and error for food that helps to curb your nausea. Trust me, I’m still having my trial and error but I’ve found out a couple of food that helps to curb it. I’ll drink BOOST drink or have something cold to swallow whenever I’m feeling nausea or after vomiting. It really depends on what is able to curb it for yours.
