Lochia or period?

am almost 6 weeks pp and the past few days, my bleeding has been minimal. Light bleeding and I can use just a panty liner. Yesterday, I started having heavy bleeding. I am not sure if it’s still lochia or my period. If it’s my period, is it possible or normal to get it when my lochia was still clearing? How do I knowww? I’m not in pain or discomfort. I give my baby breast milk, both direct latch and pumped. I also started getting the heavy bleeding after walking quite a lot the day before. Is it period or lochia?
