Need Advise on storage EBM ):

After pumping EBM during work, stored in fridge then bring it home with cooler bag with ice block. Once home, should i keep EBM in chilled fridge or straight to freezer to frozen it?

Hi... either way works depending on when you’re going to use the breast milk to feed your child

    If i leave it in chilled fridge, the same rule applied- last for abt 3days?
