After poop

After the baby poop in the diaper, should I wash with water only? Or water and baby soap? Or wet wipes? Or? My baby is pooping a lot these few weeks and she is 7 months

I use wet wipes to clean. When showering will clean again. If you want fast and save money is wash with water.
