Postpartum foot pain

After 4 weeks from my c-sect, the bottom of my feet hurts and there's a tingling sensation. I blamed it on the frequent baby carrying but the pain is getting intense and doesn't go away. It's there 24hrs. Anyone had the same issue?

could it be water rentention? i don't have the same experience on my feet but i have it on my hands. but it goes away when I rest. try elevating your feet when you rest. our posture of resting plays apart too. do go for postpartum massages as it does help with the water rentention
