confuse

After 16 yrs, I am in 11 weeks 2 days in my ultrasound but OB-Gyn counted 13 weeks 2 days. I'm confused ??

Baka mejo malayo po yung LMP niyo sa date of conception mo mommy. Yung cinocompute po kasi ng Ob is yung first day ng LMP so baka two weeks after ka pa nagconceive talaga. Yung EDD naman is plus and minus naman ng one to two weeks.
