sorbifer durules (ferrous sulfate) hemarate (ferrous sulfate + multivitamins) folic acid calcium carbonate pero depende po yan sa result ng lab, I have 2 kinds ng ferrous sulfate with specific brands because I'm anemic. May sched din po yan kung kelan iinumin, and kung may mga food na kailangan iwasan/dagdagan
