Hi is there anybody here experiencing highblood pressure? How did u control it?

Talk to your OB. I was given Methyldopa and Aspirin and regular monitoring ng BP. There is a risk kasi na hindi enough ang blood supply sa baby and mging underweight siya so better to address it. Eat healthy too! P.S. If your mom has hypertension/pre-eclampsia nung bunti sayo, most likely ganun ka din once nagbuntis.
