Blighted ovum or not

#advicepls I need to enlighten myself, today nag pa check up ako and ultrasound on our nearest clinic here in province. The result has gestational sac but no fetus seen on the ultrasound result which is dapat meron dahil yung last LMP ko po is october 26,2023. I have a second ultrasound which is showing na may fetus and heartbeat possible po ba na nag miscarry ako?

Ganyan din po ako on my 6th week, sac lng pero pinabalik ako ng 8th week with proper vit.and bed rest, ayun po meron ng heartbeat and growing na si baby ☺️Pray po and then take enough rest, wag pa stres

Nasa 10th week na po kasi ako kaya ako nag wo-worry pangalawang ultrasound ko po kasi meron ng fetus nakita and heartbeat eto po yung pangatlo kaya ako natatakot then nag spotting po kasi ako pero dinaman heavy light lang. darkish brown din color ngayon naman di ako nakakaramdam ng pananakit ng puson and lower back ache
