Eat everything in moderation. Calorie deficit diet helps or you can do some cardio exercise to burn fats. Avoid sweets as much as possible and lessen your carbs intake

eat moderately tas if kaya ng time have at least 30 minutes workout per day😊iwasan din ang sweets and too much carbs
