less salty, sweets, and carbs. also sa umaga you can eat oatmeal po then konti konti nalang po kain niyo throughout the day. ako kasi kaya pumayat eh minsan nawawalan ako ng gana kumain at minsan isa or dalawang kutsara lang okay na ako doon. eat more fruits and vegetables at inom ng maraming tubig. mag exercise rin po kayo mamsh!
