Sis during meal time bawasan mo uminom ng maraming tubig. I suggest you drink 1 glass of water 30 minutes before you eat. And after you eat tumayo ka lang muna for about 30 minutes-1hour. Madalas din akong may bloating at heartburn before pero nabawasan na because of those two tips.
