I am on diet too because of GDM. NO RICE, NO BREAD, NO SWEETS, NO COFFEE, no juices and teas. Eat more veggies and vegetables. You can eat 2 egga in the morning, 1 egg plus more veggies+chicken. You can eat nuts nmn and fruits. Wag lang mataas sa carbs and sweets. Tiis lng para dn sa baby mo at sayo.
Sis eat low carb at high protein diet. Low sugar kana din. Kaya mo yan.
