Admitted po ako na.. Malaki talaga ako.. Timbang ko po.. 1month palang po nong nalaman po na preggy ako.. Is 82kls. Tapos ngayon 7mons napo ako.. Naging 85.5kls napo ako...fundic height is 26cm..pinapa diet po ako... Huhuhuhu nalilito po ako. Sabi kasi ni hubby baka daw matamlay ako. Hinde nman kasi ako malakas kumain... Tubig lang ako ng tubig... Pls help me...

I am on diet too because of GDM. NO RICE, NO BREAD, NO SWEETS, NO COFFEE, no juices and teas. Eat more veggies and vegetables. You can eat 2 egga in the morning, 1 egg plus more veggies+chicken. You can eat nuts nmn and fruits. Wag lang mataas sa carbs and sweets. Tiis lng para dn sa baby mo at sayo.
Magbasa paSis eat low carb at high protein diet. Low sugar kana din. Kaya mo yan.
