u can take calsium tablet.. less calsium is not good for your baby

i cant take mineral water, i can drink orange juice..mineral water just take for a few hours..im forcing myself for mineral water, but I cant 😅
me too.... Doc recommend me take calcium carbonate 500mg
in tablet form?
Take more fresh juice.
