My 8 months old son has been eating nothing except for my milk. I've been direct latching him since day 1 till now. It's fine right? Not eating, just breastmilk.

Yes, till one food is more for taste than for sustenance. If your child is nursing properly and adequately I would not be worried. Do try to introduce fruits if your child doesn’t seem to enjoy food at the moment. Could also be a case of teething
