if ur going to ask ur ob bout it,its not safe.. any herbal meds is not safe for ur baby.. ano po ba nireseta syo ni ob for ur sugar?

ah ok po.. sa ngyn baws ka na lng po muna sa foods rich in carbohydrates ska syempre sweets.
