NAHULOG SA KAMA SI BABY 😭

My 7month baby fell off from the bed. Too late for me to grab him, napapikit ako sa sobrang pagod sa gawaing bahay. This is the first time na nakapikit ako bago pa makatulog si baby. Pakiramdam ko napaka-pabaya ko dahil sa nangyari. I told my husband, PIL and my mom. I called his doc and observe ko lang daw muna. Hindi ko mapatawad sarili ko sa nangyari.. #pleasehelp #firstbaby #FTM

Hi mommy, i feel you. Nahulog din si baby ko when she was 5 months old and super guilty rin ako. 😭 Pina xray namin si baby just to be sure and with reco from our pedia, thank God wala namang findings. Extra ingat na lang din like have someone else look after the baby with you or kung di naman ito possible, lagyan na ng bed fence or ilagay na sa crib kung sobrang likot na ni baby. Give yourself grace, you're doing the best you could. You're still a good mama. All the best to you and your LO 💖
