Actually diet lang mommy, kasi ako I was diagnosed na may gestational diabetis. Hindi ko kasi ma avoid yung sweets dahil un ang na crave ko tapos December pa that time so ang daming kainan dahil sa mga events so by January boom. So pinag diet ako ng dietician ko at the same time andun pa din ung nutrients na makukuha namin ni baby. Like 1/2 cup rice na lang or 1/4 cup rice plus veggies. Then less the fruits kasi mataas yung sugar contents ng mga fruits especially grapes. More in green veggies and then half rice ako nun. Then before ako manganak normal naman na ulit sugar ko πŸ™πŸΌπŸ˜ŠπŸ˜Š

Need mo po magdiet. Avoid mo po un mga sweets. Limit din po sa rice. At least 1 cup per meal. Drink plenty of water and eat more vegetables and fruits.
