Looks like the permanent tooth is growing behind the baby tooth... it's pretty normal and nothing to worry about. This happens because the permanent teeth roots' start to form behind the baby teeth and sometimes they grow behind the baby tooth before it falls out. Usually, no treatment is needed and when the baby tooth falls, nature will "fix" the rest. However, there have been cases where the baby tooth does have to be pulled out when this hapens. If you are worried, best to ask your dentist for advice.
