My 6 year old's milk teeth are falling but the new ones are not coming in shape. Do you think I need to see a doctor or they will automatically fall in place? As my husband says that I need not worry and her teeth will on their own fit perfectly in their space. But I am worried that she may have to wear braces. Please answer.
