5'4 height, 65 kilos na ako, any tips po pra ma normal delivery, ano po pwedeng e alternate sa rice ?

wheat bread, oatmeal pero ung wlang flovor, lagang kamote, lagang Saba, lagang mais. more water. during my 2nd trimester bilis tumaas ng timbang ko from 46 to 56 kya pinagless rice na ko ni ob. so far 1 cup of brown rice na lng aq daily, more veggies and fruits and water. so far din slowly na ung pagtaas ng timbang ko. currently 25 weeks.
