it's 5 weeks 6 days with gastational sack but no yolk sack.. do i need get worried about it

Ganyan din po sakin nung first ultrasound ko. Pinabalik ako after 3 weeks to check kung mabubuo o mabubugok lang yung yolk sac. Thank God nabuo naman si baby.
