new obimin
My 4th day taking obimin. Anyone having problem having constipation? Need help. I do avoid milk. It take me after 2-4 hours to drink hot milk tea or coffee

I have constipation issue, even before pregnancy. My gynae gave me Duphalac syrup. It works for me & suitable for pregnancy. You might want to check with your gynae first. Can purchase at watsons/guardian pharmacy. Do remember to drink lots of water too. I am someone who seldom drink but for sake of baby... No choice....
