Can monitor for any other sign, cause 38th week the baby is lowered hence back pain and abdomen cramps to me was quite normal, in fact now you should have weekly checkup, ask gynae how many cm you have dilate.

Can keep monitor if the cramps like more frequently, mine is like period pain kinds nt super pain but suddenly bcome more frequently then direct go hospital 😂

Might be. Keep monitor whether there is bloody show, water bag burst, or persistent/frequent contractions!

Could be baby engaged in the pelvic region and best to give your gynae a call
