Premature ovarian failure

37yo and diagnosed with premature ovarian failure. Anyone had similar experience and still managed to conceive?

Can you try by taking medicine? Did the dr advise you to try by ovulation medicine ? I guess you are already seeing a specialist.

    Doctor said low chance of conceiving and suggested HRT. Would like to seek 2nd opinion
