Ovarian cyst during pregnancy

Hi all, I just went for my first gynae check up yesterday at 9 weeks! There was an ovarian cyst that's 20cm huge. Gynae suggested to remove the ovarian cyst at 2nd trimester but there might be a risk of miscarriage. Just want to check if anyone goes through this and what was the choices made 🥺😭

maybe you seek opinion from other gynae ? I remember hearing a friend who did a C-section because her cyst was too big .. I can’t remember the size when she mentioned .. but perhaps u can ask 2 more gynaes to be more certain ?
