First time mom at 18

33 weeks and 6 days preggy as of today! I feel like i'm gonna pop anytime soon ? any tips and advices po for normal delivery mommies? ☺️

just keep you and your family relax and eat fruits like pineapple, papaya that helps your cervix ripen. rehydrate also yourself by drinking water or pwede fresh buko juice . pwede din kain ka hilaw na egg😉

relax lang mommy, then dapat prepared mga dapat dalhin sa hospital and drink water, and exercise and also effective na kausapin mo si baby na wag ka pahirapan para same kayo di mhirapan. 😊😊

We have the same feeling mommy and i am on my 34th weeks and 4 days. Kinakausap ko si baby na wag akong pahirapan and magpakahealthy sya. Then walking pa rin ng konti kahit na ang bigat na nya. 😂

pag 37 weeks na mommy exercise ka. hanap ka ng labour exercise sa youtube. i did it to my first pregnancy. naging immune ako ng konti sa sakit kaya d ako masyado nagsuffer sa labour
