Cow’s milk protein allergy?

My 3 month old baby keeps getting diaper rash despite properly care and change 2-3 hourly. I stopped using all wipes and only water. Changed from pampers premium to Merries. I noticed she does pass small amount of motion throughout the day. She is taking nan pro ha 1. I am beginning to suspect cow’s milk protein allergy. Anyone here with similar experience or tried Alfare before? Thank you

This could be mild allergy. Can check with PD

My lo got mouth rashes when I feed her dumex (cows milk). I tried diluting with breast milk (20%) to desensitize her allergies and it looks fine now (still at 20%)

If worried switch to goat milk

Thanks for your advice. Was reading online if cow milk protein allergy cannot take goat’s milk as well. Surprised. Will update once I see the PD. Thank you
