2nd pregnancy symptoms

2nd pregnancy. 4 weeks pregnant, but hardly any symptoms besides feeling hungry here and there with slight cravings. Some light crampings once awhile near abdomen. My first pregnancy symptoms kicked in before 4 weeks and they were severe. Feeling nervous if everything is okay. Has anyone felt the same?
