nag consult sa nutritionist dietician para sa meal planning. lessened ang sweets, replaced white rice with brown rice, white bread with wheat bread. drank lots of water. avoid sugar drinks like softdrinks, powdered juices, iced tea. consulted with endocrinologist if need mag insulin. monitored blood sugar as per Ob's advice. best to consult with your Ob. kaya naman po mag normal delivery and maging okay si baby. both pregnancies ko I had GDM. normal delivery and full term both babies
