Hi my 2 yrs old just hit the disease of hfmd. Beside the doc gave med, giving porridge and stay at home is there anything that can advise for this virus? The doc is giving her one week rest to stay at home.

She have to stay home as hfmd is very contagious. Important you have to hydrate her well. If possible, get some oral gel, it's good for them as it helps to numb their usclers so they could drink and eat.
