Nose bleed after a hit on the head

My 2 yr old bumped his head on the right side part of the table. After a couple of seconds, nag bleed ang right side ng nose nya. But it was mapusyaw na kulay at nawala naman kaagad. Doc said to observe, but if anyone has suggestions...i appreciate it. Thanks Do I need to hurry to the ER?
