2 months after giving birth via cs and still bleeding is this okay?

1 and a half month din ako nagbleed. Then after that every time na matagal ko buhat si baby, nagbleed pa din ako. Medyo heavy weight kasi sya 😂 turning 3 months palang sya this week pero nasa 6.7kg na sya Iwas muna magbuhat ng mabigat and pahinga po agad pag may nafeel ka na pain sa incision area. Baka kasi napupwersa
