Fever in 1 year old haby

2 days na nilalagnat LO ko. 1 yr and 3 months. Nag 39.1 temp nya. Medical City lang malapit samin but unfortunately, they are not accepting patient with fever daw. Can't stop myself from worrying. Natural lang ba sa baby na lagnatin ng ganito? Or dalin ko na sya sa hospital? Should I be worried or not? PS: She doesn't have cold nor cough. First time nya din nilagnat since birth.
