As much as possible avoid coffee or may caffeine sa mga drinks. pero based po sa mga Doctors ( OB-Gyne) na pinapanood ko pag Hindi maiwasan they allow 1 cup of coffee only sa isang araw. pero ako mommy simula nang nalaman ko buntis ako right after PT nag stop ako mag coffee. I tried Anmum materna chocolate and plain flavor pero di ko nagustuhan then nakita sa grocery store yung Anmum Mocha latte till now Yun iniinom ko Hindi nakakasawa for me ah.
