congrats po! wag po masyado magpakapagod, wag magbuhat ng mabigat, now pa lang kumain na po ng healthy foods like gulay and fruits lalo na yung masasabaw na pagkain. increase nyo rin fluid intake nyo more more tubig and buko juice para iwas uti.. uminom ng vitamins na prescribed ng ob gyne, wag po magpuyat, uminom ng maternal mik like anmum always pray and be positive para di mastress..
