6weeks and nag-iispike bp ko since high risk pregnancy na ako. Oats, saging na saba, apple or yoghurt breakfast ko. More water, more fruits, less salty and oily foods. Nag less rice din ako and pagnagugutom ako, nguya almonds since pangpa baba ng bp din. Change lifestyle for the baby. ❤
