Ano po kaya nangyari sa face ng baby ko 18days old na po si Baby lactacyd po gamit niya any advise?

Mommy, never use any soap sa face ni baby. Sa Lo ko, whenever pinapaliguan ko sya, pinapahiran ko lang ng cotton and warm water. I have been using cotton and warm water sa paglinis ng mukha ni baby. I never used wipes, or anything. That's what my midwife advised me to do. I didnt realize it pero until 1 year old nakasanayan ko hindi sabunin face ni lo, although may instances na nalalagyan cguro. I used Aveeno until he was 18 months, nagswitch to cetaphil after that kasi palaging wala stock sa province namin. Ntry ko din yung Lactacyd kasi lahat kaming magkakapatid lumaki sa Lactacyd, but for my baby I find it too harsh sa skin kaya baka that's one of the reasons.
