7 weeks pregnant, had sex and now bleeding

Hi all, 1st time pregnant and currently am at my 7th week. Just found that there is a fetal pole but yet to have any heartbeat. Yesterday me and my husband did it and I have been bleeding. I saw something jelly like with a little blood coming out. Is it something I need to worry about to see the doc? I’m due for my next scan next week to find if there is a heartbeat.
