1st time Mom! (Need tips hehe)

1st time ko po magiging mommy, nasa 6weeks na po si baby. Any tips po para mapanatili kong healthy kami ni baby?๐Ÿฅฐ Kahit na shifting po ang schedule ko sa work, may pang gabi din po akong pasok medyo worried po ako, hindi po ba nakakasama kay baby yon? Thank u!

make sure lang na may enough rest before going to work para hindi stressed si baby. eat healthy and more water.
