My 18 months LO still can't really talk yet.. just a few single words.. less than 10. Is it advisable to still Send him to full day child care ?

yes its okay. school is good for them. unless you are able to provide the same kind of learning and play experience for them. having babies their age exposes them too. if you are worried consider the playgroup or half day session for a start.
