Hi My 17th month old son strikes his head on floor everytime when he demands something.It may sound funny but I am so much worried as he strike his forehead and back too. I couldn't get any solution for these and used to slap him.But after slapping too he doesn't change his habbit. Should I consult a paediatric or what else. Kindly suggest me.

My son when does something which he shud not do, I go to him, start talking with him in a very soft tone and gradually pick him from there and leave him either with books, toys or just divert his mind without saying no or being stern. It helped me. U may try so
