Aww. Make sure po iniinom nyo mga vitamins nyo. Mag sauna din po kayo after ng work nyo. Mag lemon water. Iwasan na lang din po masyado makipag usap and always bring your alcohol and gloves if necessary

Thanks momsh. Luckily, negative ang swab test but the depression and anxiety ang sobra nagpa stress sa akin dala na rin ng hormone rush. Safety first na talaga.
