magwait muna Po ng 2 hours after dinner Bago humiga. iwas Po sa maasim like pineapple, left side Ang higa, drink 8 to 10 glasses of water daily then wag pong sobrng dming kain in 1 meal. pwede pong 1 cup rice lang sa meal then every 3 hours kain. 6am breakfast, 9am snacks (like biscuit), 12 noon lunch, 3pm snacks (like bread) then 6pm dinner. onting kain pero mayat Maya. qng kya Po sna may veggies at fruits Ang lunch at dinner. advised Po ito sakin ng nutritionist. pero double check nyo pa rin Po sa ob nyo pra sure. better to seek advise pra maresetahan Po kau if di na Po tolerable.
